Full Service Wedding Planning
Our Full Service Wedding Planning is designed for those who have a vision, but want all of the intricate details of planning a destination wedding to be managed by experienced professionals.
As your wedding planner we will take your style, dreams, and ideas and make them a reality. All of the logistics, timelines, and management aspects are left to us. Don’t have a particular style, dream or idea in mind? Not to worry our team is here to help you with every detail conceivable for your beautiful day.
THE ESSENTIALS
The Essentials Service is perfect for those who have always dreamed of planning their own wedding, but need on site management, professional guidance and recommendations with key essential elements.
The Essentials include wedding day and ceremony rehearsal coordination, along with confirming your vendors and creating a timeline the month prior to your event. The other pre-planning services we provide are up to you! You hire us for only the planning and design areas where you need help and you handle the rest.
We find that the Essentials are most popular for weddings where the venue provides catering in house, as well as the necessary infrastructure to host the event.
MONTH OF PLANNING
Our “Month-Of” Planning Package lets you relax and enjoy the lead-up to your wedding. Turn the details over to your Wedding Planner, and rest easy knowing that every last box has been checked. On the day of your wedding, our experienced team will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Four weeks before your wedding day we’ll have an in-depth consultation so we can understand your goals and strategize to accomplish them. We’ll create a comprehensive timeline from the start of your wedding day until the last guest leaves, and we’ll confirm all of the vendors so nothing is left to chance.
Your Planners are on-site for 8 hours (additional time available upon request)
